NOIDA YOUTH RAMS LAND ROVER INTO 6 VEHICLES NEAR MALL; CARS CRUSHED LIKE PAPER — PICS
Noida: A speeding Land Rover Defender reportedly lost control and crashed into six vehicles near the Gulshan Mall intersection in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday night, the police said. During the investigation, the police found that a young man from Noida Sector 100 was behind the steering wheel. The Expressway police reached the incident site immediately and arrested the accused. They said no one was hurt when the luxury car went out of control. However, the impact left the luxury car mangled beyond recognition. Five cars and one motorcycle involved in the accident were also badly damaged.
The police have identified the car driver as Sunil. The Noida Police Commissionerate said the reckless driver caused the accident by hitting multiple vehicles. The police have taken the driver into custody, seized the car, and are now taking legal action.
An investigation in the matter is underway.
